Images
Images should represent individual works of art, but can also include installation views, diagrams, etc. that can give jurors a clear understanding of the proposed exhibition. Guidelines for images are the following:
- A maximum of 6 images.
- Images must be in jpeg format (do not embed images in a word document)
Videos
Proposals can include up to three videos. Videos are optional and should be integral to the proposal (e.g. multimedia, installation-based exhibitions). Videos can be shared the following ways:
- A direct URL link to a video on YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
- A direct link to a website.
Document
A single-page, letter-size (8.5 × 11 inches) document which is included in the shared folder. The document can include anything that will help jurors understand your proposal. For example, you can include artwork titles and descriptions, list of artists (if submitting as a curator), additional images, floor plans, diagrams, etc. Documents cannot exceed one page. This is to ensure that each proposal is reviewed in a fair and balanced way.
