The shared folder can include up to 6 images, a one-page document, and up to three videos.
Images
Images should represent individual works of art, but can also include installation views, diagrams, etc. that can give jurors a clear understanding of the proposed exhibition. Guidelines for images are the following:
- A maximum of 6 images.
- Images must be in jpeg format.
Videos
Proposals can include up to three videos. Videos should be integral to the proposal (e.g. multimedia, installation-based exhibitions). Videos can be shared the following ways:
- A direct URL link to a video on YouTube, Vimeo, social media post, or website.
- A link to a shared folder (which includes images and a one-page document) (see here for a Google Drive tutorial)
Document
A single-page, letter-size (8.5 × 11 inches) document can be included in the shared folder. The document can include anything that will help jurors understand your proposal. For example, you can include artwork descriptions, additional images, floor plans, diagrams, etc. Documents cannot exceed one page. This is to ensure that each proposal is reviewed in a fair and balanced way.
